Danny MacFayden was traded to the Yankees by the Red Sox in middle of the 1932 season. MacFayden struggled during his first full season with the Yanks in 1933 despite his .600 Win Percentage. He experienced a slight improvement in 1934, but was sold by the Yankees after the end of the season. MacFayden would eventually go on to rank top 5 in the league for ERA ('36, '38), Innings Pitched ('36), Complete Games ('36, '38), and Shutouts ('38) with the Boston Braves/Bees. MacFayden would end up playing for a total of 6 different teams over an MLB career that spanned from 1926-1943.
