1927 Playing Cards W560 (reprint): Babe Ruth, New York Yankees, OF

Babe Ruth hit 60 HR's in 1927 to set a new all-time record, breaking his previous record of 59 set in 1921.  Ruth batted .356 in 540 AB's, and led the league in Runs (158) and Walks (137) as well as OBP, SLG, and OPS.   He played in 151 games out of 154--mostly as a Right Fielder.  Ruth led to Yankees to their 5th World Series in 7 years, sweeping the Pirates.  In 4 games, Ruth scored 4 Runs on 6 Hits and 2 Walks with 2 HR's, 7 RBI, and a Stolen Base in 15 AB's.
