Andy Cohen had a very short stint in the majors for 3 seasons between 1926-1929--all with the Giants. He spent the 1933 season playing for the Double-A Minneapolis Millers of the American Association. Cohen continued to play in the minor leagues until joining the Army during WWII. He went back to the minor leagues as a manager in 1946. Cohen managed a single game in the majors with the Phillies in 1960 in between managers Eddie Sawyer and Gene Mauch. After that, he managed at the college level for numerous years with the University of Texas.
